So its been a month now and still no repair guy phoning or showing up. The ice maker has been repaired twice and now the freezer packed it totally. Is it the hope that i will get frustrated and go away? I have no freezer on a fridge that is not even a year old. I have a ticket raised for the freezer issue and the icemaker but nothing is being done. I have phoned emailed and written reviews but nothing is getting done. Not happy with a brand name i alway saw as reliable

This fridge did not work properly from day one. All foods in the back would get slightly frozen, leafy greens were getting destroyed. The only solution we've found was to raise the temperature by 1-2 degrees to mitigate that. We are a busy family and I had no time to chaise the issue. Fast forward two years, we are past a one-year warranty and the fridge is started creating ice in the back behind our left vegetable drawer. Ice spills into the drawer too. The cost of service from Frigidaire? $325 just to call the technician to diagnose! So yes, first make a faulty product designed to last one year and then if something's wrong, charge the customer a hefty service fee just to come and diagnose what might be wrong. Beware of this company! I will be shopping for a different brand that is more reliable and offers better customers care and stands behind the quality of what they produce. Also, the doors are not soft-close, they slam and in my opinion could actually injure a child's fingers. I did not expect that as our previous fridge had a soft-close feature. Another thing, if any liquid happens to spill on the front of a shelf, the liquid leaks and seeps underneath the glass and it's impossible to wipe off. A huge design flaw. You would need to remove all the food front the shelf, take the shelf out and attempt to get the water under the glass somehow, in the sink. A big thumbs down.

No matter what we set the digital temperature to: 37 - 34, the bulb thermometer stays at 40. And it runs 24/7. But very quiet, so maybe it is designed that way.

Very quiet. Looks good. My only issue is I had a spill on the bottom shelf that leaked into the crisp drawers. I was unable to remove the glass. Couldn™™t find in the manual how to remove them. No videos on the site or YouTube. Called customer service and they mentioned there were three screws. I would never think that I would have to unscrew to get glass panes out. I filled up my tub just enough for it to soak in overnight.

I called Frigidaire cause my refrigerator stopped working on June 18, 24. They setup an appointment with AA Appliance in Chicago. On June 21, 24 a tech came out and said there was a leak and the compressor needed to be replaced . June 27, 24 he came back with a compressor and couldn't get it working. He said the control board was not working. He came back July 2, 24 with another board and said that board wasn't working. I was the board is on back order and didn't know when it would come in. I called Fridgedaire and the sent me the board and then I called AA Appliance to tell them I had the board and to schedule a tech to come out. The tech came out July 30, 24 with a supervisor. They got the fridge part working, but not the freezer. Called Fridgedaire again and they got another repair company, Mr. Appliance, to come out on August 8, 24 and said AA Appliance had overfilled with freon the system and that's why it wasn't working right. He discharged 100psi of freon. The next morning, both my fridge and freezer were warm and all my food rotted. I texted the tech to let him know. He said management needed to make a decision of there was nothing that could be done and my refrigerator needed to be replaced (what I've been telling them from the beginning). I asked him if at least they could recharge my fridge to that the refrigerator part could work. A manager said that they would send a report to Fridgedaire stating there was nothing else that could be done and it needed to be replaced. I called today, Aug. 19, and Fridgedaire is sending another tech. I am never buying a Fridgedaire appliance ever. This is the worst experience. I feel like throwing my $1000 refrigerator in the garage and buying another brand. It only worked for 7 months.

We needed a larger refrigerator because we cook at home mostly. This appliance helps organize everything so well. The deli drawer is sleek and allows you to see all your items quickly by opening up at the right height. The door storage is amazing too. I love having places for all my sauces. The bottom freezer is just right. It has just enough space and two shelves to separate my garden berries I collect and freeze to can at a later date. I love all the space and how fresh it keeps my food. We had a stand alone refrigerator for 10 years before. This is a huge upgrade. My husband says He Loves it too!!

Great refrigerator except left hand upper door keeps not shutting. Have to manually move in correct position to close. My husband has adjusted it at least 3 times but keeps sliding back making it to have to close manually.

We did a lot of research before picking this refrigerator. We have separate purified water faucet, so we did not want any sort of water dispenser in the fridge taking up space. But we did want an internal ice maker. So, this checked all the boxes. However, the ice maker does not produce enough ice to keep up with us. I wish it made more per cycle and had faster cycles.

We're almost a year to the day of owning this fridge. We love the drawers, the lighting, the layout. I'd give this fridge 5/5 if not for two rather large problems:It makes a few ice cubes at a time, slowly. It will take about a week to fill the ice bin from empty, with nobody using it. It is painfully slow. We've resorted to buying ice to keep up. It is just awful. Our old fridge would crank out almost a full bin in 24 hrs. You couldn't host 2 people for cocktails with this ice maker. We had 2 techs out to service it, including a new computer board and ice maker. Still slow. If you like icy beverages, get something else.Unless you like to put icy food in your beverages... Then this is the fridge for you! It has been freezing our veggies (set to 37*) since we got it. One tech replaced an air flap valve. That seems to have fixed the freezing in the veggie drawers, but we can now freeze a jar of pickles on the top shelf in the middle of the shelf. There is no winning with this fridge. Love everything about it, but it can't keep cold food from freezing and ice from running out.

I like this model because it™™s a clean look with no ice/water dispenser on the outside. The fingerprint resistance stainless keeps the refrigerator looking brand new! The French door style has loads of room on the inside and keeps all the food nice a cool. I set a thermometer on the inside to see if the control temp matches the thermometer temp and to my surprise it is right on. The freezer is easy to use and the top sliding drawers make storage management very easy. This refrigerator is replacing a 9 year old Frigidaire refrigerator in my kitchen. There is nothing wrong with the older fridge, just updating the style of the kitchen. The old fridge is going straight into my garage for extra fridge space. Big fan of Frigidaire appliances!

We are really enjoying this new fridge. The shelves on door are deeper then normal so lots can be stored. The main part of fridge also goes deep. I am using plastic lattice bins to put like items together to pull out and easily view instead of guessing what is behind other items. The deli drawer is useful as well as the two other drawers where i divide fruit from vegetables. Love the freezer space and size of the ice cubes. Not big, not small. Just right. Highly recommend.

I love the less frills approach to my new refrigerator as it means less to go wrong. Without an indoor ice and water dispenser is fine by me. The freezer compartment ice maker works great and that™™s the main option we were looking for. Thanks Frigidaire!

Only one thing. I wish there were more holes to adjust the shelves more. But that's pretty minor. Deep shelves and drawers. Lots of light. Which I really like, and a work horse of an ice maker. I've only had it a week, but am concerned it will overflow with ice but so far so good. It's really a nice refrigerator.

Refrigerator is very nice. Lots of space. The shelves are easy to adjust and there is plenty of door storage. The deli drawer is extra deep. There is sufficient room in the freezer plus an extra large icebox for the automatic ice maker. The doors close nicely and have the bonus of an alarm if they are left open too long

We feel like we made a great purchase. Our old fridge was 25 years old and still going strong. The frigidaire we purchased fit perfectly in our space. We have been adjusting the shelves to find the right fit for our use. I do wish it had a water dispenser but we will survive. I also wish it had a bigger ice tray so it was producing more ice, but we will just figure it out as time goes on.

It's a good choice. The Home Depot associates helped me to choose the right one as per my preferences. I wanted to have a fridge with no water dispenser but with inside ice tray. Though the ice tray is inside, there is enough storage space for the refrigerator compartment. It has good shelving and door bins. However I feel that bins are little wider (for 1Gal milk jar) and hence loose space.

The refrigerator arrived in very secure packaging and looks picture-perfect out of the box due to being so well packaged. The exterior looks fantastic. The surfaces are square and it looks like a built-in due to its clean lines and counter-depth design. The temperature controls on the inside edge of the door give the refrigerator a clean look. The controls are easy to read and to use. The door handles are finished in a brushed design; this allows for a substantial, solid feel and a non-slip finish (Bravo!). The interior shelving is adjustable and caters to all types of groceries, packaging and containers. The adjustable interior door shelves are deep enough for every type of container. The water filter is installed in the front and to the left of the deli drawer. This location makes it easier for filter changes and since it is internally installed, it will not take up any room in the shelving section.The single-door freezer section has movable shelves and appears to have more room than two-door bottom freezers. The internal ice dispenser is tucked-up on the ceiling of the left side and is conveniently out of the way. It also has a large removeable bin beneath it, which appears to hold 10 pounds of ice. The unit cooled very quickly has very even temperature in the refrigerator and freezer sections. The cooling cycles are short and the unit runs very quietly, which suggests abundant insulation and efficient design. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
